Tried to get up for training but was sick before I left, still I went to show my face anyway but I was juat so shivery & clammy. Just sat on the spin bike for a while but thought I was going to faint the whole time. Not good.
W/u followed by 4 x circuit:
BB squats, Pull ups, BB lunges, Pressups, Deadbugs, DB rows, Wobble board, Ladder, MB slams
Boxing afterwards & rolling out
