Oh my so snowy. Watched some of ice age at the gym to cheer myself up after epic revision.

Note

Spent the day with my parentals and it was actually the best day I have had in such a long time. I loved it but it made me feel very home sick when I had to leave them! :(
Feeling loads better now though, 95% recovered from silly illness I would say. Got some bounce back, woohoo. Keen to train!

Note

Eurgh, got up at half 6 all ready for s&c and then was sick, fabulous. Spent morning revising instead. Going home so going to take it easy for the next 2 days to get over this

Note
(sick)

Slept for over half a day solidly, head is thumping, stuck in bed with tea and soup, attempting and failing at concentrating on revision. Really wish I could just go home for a few days.

Got my insoles and they feel AMAZING!
2 PM

Gym 55:00 [2]
(sick)

Cross training not too hard, HR around 130bpm. Still not great so I don't want to push my luck and train twice today

Note
(sick)

Eurgh obviously spoke too soon that i was feeling better. Woke up this morning and felt horribly shakey and had no energy to get out of bed. Couldn't concentrate in lectures and then fell asleep at 2pm for about 4hours. Got a really bad headache still, rubbish :(
Had physio as well which was mega painful tissue massage along my shin, owwwch. & my insoles are ready for collection tomorrow :) I can start introducing running in about 2 weeks time, lets get this solved, whoop.
