Well I couldn't bike to the gym this morning, far too much snow & scary so had to set off mega early and walk there instead.

3x8 BB bent over row 20kg
3x6 nordic hamstring curls, worried i was going to hit the floor everytime :/
3x6 pressups
5,3,3,3 BB squats 37.5kg, 40kg. should have increased weight more but oh well
3x12 oblique situps
