Miss my bike because it takes so long to get to the gym now!
Different w/u - omigosh i did a pressup for the very first time in my life :D
Then:
3x8 deadlifts 25kg
3x8 lowrows 20kg
3x8 weird front squats 20kg
3x8 overhead lift 15kg
Balance work on hurdles, wobble board and single leg squats on the box
Finished with flexibility work

Well I couldn't bike to the gym this morning, far too much snow & scary so had to set off mega early and walk there instead.
November w/u
3x8 weight pick ups 30kg
3x8 BB bent over row 20kg
3x6 nordic hamstring curls, worried i was going to hit the floor everytime :/
3x6 pressups
5,3,3,3 BB squats 37.5kg, 40kg. should have increased weight more but oh well
3x12 oblique situps
Rolling & flexibility
Goooood to be back :)

Note

Physio - things are starting to look much better. Not very tight in my calf although still painful to massage along shin. Did 3 hops with zero pain and I couldn't even manage 1 two weeks ago :) Allowed a 15min jog at some point from mid next week, oooh exciting!

20mins AMT and 20mins quite hard biking. Got a bit bored though and didn't feel too energetic, not sure I had eaten enough before hand
