Decided I really need to start working on core stuff again if I want any chance of staying injury free. Did glutes and hamstrings pilates/physio work today.
Cross trainer - increasing resistance every 4 minutes, worked hard but having a pretty tough week :(

Got a tens machine that I've been using on my shin & it really seems to be making a difference at speeding up the length of time I am feeling achy for after impact sessions. It's supposed to work on the nerves fibres to block pain and stimulate endorphin production. Was pretty sceptical at first but definitely feeling a positive effect :)
