Airienteers sprint training at Holt Park. Course A.
Start to 3 was really easy so I just tried to plan ahead the technical bit as much as possible. A little hesitant on a few of them where I got confused which alley/building was which. Need to try and have more obvious features along my routes to give me confidence. Pretty good control flow though I think. Legs were massively dead from yesterday, not much spring in them and sore shins on the road, so didn't push too hard. Nae injuries please!

Holt Park Course B.
Far too rushed in the beginning and got very confused going inside the asda underpass. 3 and 4 were very sloppy as a consequence. Stopped and restarted myself and then it went much cleaner. Great little area, very confusing with all the changes of direction and tiny short legs in an area that all looks pretty similar.
Next week I need to not rush, focus on the navigation and control flow, and make sure to identify some obvious features to check off along the longer routes.
