Orienteering race 1:25:00 [3] 11.2 km (7:35 / km) +300m 6:42 / km
(injured) shoes: Mudclaw 300

Leg 2 of the harvester relay. Absolutely the most fun event!
Had a longer gaffel in the first part where I got totally confused by all the extra tracks & it was a bit scary because there was nobody else in that section of forest!
Got a bit more disciplined after that & things went better. Managed to find the dreaded depression that everyone else seemed to miss. Loved cruising round in the dark - it seems to make everything so much more exciting :)
Sadly still some adductor pain so no fast running, but it definitely feels better than a few weeks ago.
Came 2nd in the ladies relay, but won the handicap competition.

Running 20:00 [1] 2.8 km (7:09 / km)
(injured) shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 20 (Pink)

Jog to test out before tomorrow if I can run. Pain but with compression tights it's manageable. Probably not sensible to run yet, but going to anyways. YOLO.

Went spinning and it was awesome :) :)

Note
(injured)

Physio again - possibly the most brutal massage of my life! Things looking more positive though - just very tight adductor muscles and no real damage which is very good news :) Lots of stretching & rolling & should be able to take up some spinning soon yay
