SO MUCH FUN! :)
Was not the fastest on many splits at all but didn't have any problems where others made some errors (other than some hesitation/panic in the barbican at the end) so managed to sneak the win off of the foreign contingent. Yay!
Genuinely loved it - was such a good course, had some mega leg burn, and total brain mush on the final section - like no idea what I was doing, just running in a panic & hoping for the right level haha

Guildford urban "race" except not actually racing.
Really nice to go round at a bit more of a thresholdy pace & nail all the route choices & not feel horrendous :)
Mostly a very nice course - the castle was especially fun

6 x 4min hills with Ruth - would never keep going if she wasn't there!
Garmin definitely lying about the amount of hills we did. Legs & lungs were not happy on the last 2. So warm (whaaaat??) & really having to mentally mtfu :)
Also loving the two men having a cheeky walk up the hill until they saw us & then pretending they ran it, haaah! girls rule.
