Hip flexor a tiny bit sore - somehow managed to overstretch it after track - so just being cautious today. Lots of 30 sec standing sprints which are really hard to do!

Keeping myself in one piece. Hard hard work though! Thought I'd reconciled with the instructor & was quite enjoying myself until he suggested at the end of the class that next time the ladies (just the ladies...) might like to go on the power plate before class to help us shift our fat and cellulite.
