JK relay - normally love first leg but everything just hurt today, could barely put one foot in front of the other over the last few controls :( it's been a tough weekend!
Happy that I (just) managed to stick with the lead group at least, but it would have been nice to feel like I had a shot at the win rather than just hanging on for dear life! At least the urban bit was fun.
