Sprintervals - tired! The first ones were scuppered by some sidecar racing & then the last ones were really fun but I had to cut out some of the hillier sections as the slopes were getting a bit ridiculous.. Good to practice park sprinting anyway, need loads better map contact

Took about 50m of this course before I flew off a step & decided to jack it in. A combo of minging weather, inappropriate shoes, and not wanting to crock myself just as racing is about to start. Ran where I could and just pottered about like a punter on the slopes!
