Lysekil :) Still a bit tired but tried to force my brain to cooperate. Feel like I've gotten a lot out of this camp, but I guess we'll see in 11 days time. It's all feeling very real again now!! So excited :-) :-)

Sprint quali practice in Halden with loads of artificial barriers. Took the time I needed to make the decisions that required thought & planned ahead well. If I can run like this next week then I will be delighted.
