Note

In London for the weekend so went along to the city race. Wanted to go for a run & should probably just have done that - zero motivation for an urban race which is a shame as it was a cool area. One to rerun some time :)

Orienteering 1:20:00 [3] 15.0 km (5:20 / km)
shoes: Mizuno (June 15)

Times actually OK! Lost 1 min on the first long leg going into a dead-end & having to plan another route, 3mins on number 6 where I got massively confused & then stopped to help someone, & a min at the end just getting tired.

Note

Almost feel ready to start training again :-)
No racing / sessions planned until October but very happy that my motivation is slowly making a reappearance. I was a bit worried that it wouldn't.
Think this last 2 weeks has been really good for me but probably time to curb the bad habits & start thinking about getting some fitness back before PWT!
