w/u, course 3 from last years JK sprint (trying to get my campus skills somewhat up to scratch), 10 x 100m hill sprints (jog down recovery), w/d round our JK sprint course (I did so many silly routes last year!!)
A good & productive morning :-)

yay intervals! just down the farm track, apparently it takes 10 seconds longer to run 800m one way compared to the other so I think the GPS is not very accurate at telling me how far I've ran but a toughie session bagged either way :-)

Gutted to miss track but could feel my hamstring all day just walking so couldn't risk it on an interval session so close to the JK

Could feel my hamstrings were very tight today so decided to rest & go to fitness stretch instead of running this evening. "Fitness stretch" was described as "deep stretches to greatly enhance your flexibility, core stabilisation & posture". LIES!!! Literally an hour of upper body weights, abs, planks... etc. etc. :'-( :'-( I had to do 75 press ups. I can't even do a press up! I worked SO hard. Genuinely can't move my arms. It's so bad it's actually pretty funny. Luckily my legs feel loads better in comparison! Gains
