National XC - I was rubbish, just couldn't make myself hurt. The positive is that I ran 5mins faster than the last time nationals was at parliament hill in 2015 (whoop!) but I also ran much worse than last year :-( I can't understand how I am running pbs and have trained on grass all winter but have actually gotten worse at xc?!
Oh well, far more excited to hit the roads and maps anyway :-) :-) :-)
