Note

Didn't have enough time today. Good soft tissue work at CSPC though - ankle mobilisation, achilies, calf, and hip flexors (beyond painful!), plus lots of fascia work where it was stuck. Moving much better by the end, my foot was actually rolling through a full range of motion as opposed to slapping down. Can start back with full training tomorrow.
