Another nice Sunday run. My legs badly wanted to give up near the end though. I was supposed to be the one doing the pacing & motivation, & ended up being the one whingeing that I wanted to walk, hah! Saved by toast.

Podium. Wasn’t feeling up for it but I’d already committed to going so I decided to just pace for a minimal effort PB (if such a thing exists). Windy and got stuck in no mans land between groups but felt surprisingly comfortable. Hit my pacing bang on and with far less effort than last time. Keen to do a 5k and properly hurt myself in a couple of months time when I feel a bit more confident in my speed.

This was grim - sweating before we started. Good for enforced stretching but maybe as a winter activity! Could tell I haven’t been for a few weeks though. Maybe I’ll look for a non hot version.
