Have temporarily come off attackpoint as I was getting pretty down seeing everyone else's fun training. My knee wasn't improving with the prescribed programme of running every other day so I took 2 weeks off completely (with just yoga/stretching). That was really hard but helped a lot and I can now cross train almost pain free. I've been spinning for the last couple of days and feel so much happier.
Have dropped out of all my winter races *cry cry cry* but (hopefully) I will be back running in February if the bursitis doesn't come back. Back at physio this week for a check up. Have never wanted to run so much in all my life!
