Northern Champs at Wharncliffe - orienteering is very hard work when neither nostril is working! Don’t really know why I decided to do this, I just feel fed up of the endless reasons that I can’t run. Been in bed most of this week and I still can’t breathe or stop coughing but it was a fun technical area so plodding was interesting.
