JK middle @ windmill hill
Really happy with my race! Either it was an easy course or running slower made me a much better navigator. Only two bananas at 12 & 20, and the rest I found cleanly :) absolutely dying in the heat walking up alllll the hills though haha.
Properly enjoyed myself.

JK sprint - reasonably happy all things considered :)
Two poor routechoices (I think the road is better to 15 & not even a clue what I was doing to 20 going across that giant paved area!!) & one hesitation when I didn’t see 24. But all the other nav and processes were good & coming automatically.
It just felt horrifically like I was trying to sprint in slow motion!!

Travelling to the JK straight from work!
Zero expectations results wise with my current fitness (must remember not to be harsh on myself!)
Just really excited to go orienteering :D

Note

Knee was a little bit sore so had a precautionary day off running - lots of rolling and stretching in the evening. Feels better now (Tues). Cannot be injured again!
