Physio: Torn my ATFL so no return to running just yet, booo. On the plus it is not fully torn (grade 1-2) & is healing very quickly for what it is, so he doesn’t expect me to be out for a long time, but at least another few weeks :( Have to be able to do a single leg hop pain free to get the all clear. Loaded up with physio exercises & booked in for some mobilisation / massage on Saturday to speed things up.
