Northern Champs - High Dam - pretty pleased with that. Really enjoyed myself. A couple of mistakes milling around near controls but on the whole navigated well & relocated quickly, & physically felt much better than yesterday.

British Middles - Summerhouse Knott - absolutely appalling lol, 2 big mistakes & had to relocate off a road #sprint. Thought I’d been doing alright at my forest orienteering recently, but the Lakes is clearly another thing. Had fun anyway & that’s all that mattered today :)
