Cross Flatts parkwalk - a 2.5 lapper so had a fun race with Lee to see if I could complete 1.5 laps walking before he finished. Won by about 2 seconds :-)

Upped the weights a little bit so will be sore tomorrow, but the body is starting to feel strong again 10 weeks postpartum which is a good feeling. Cardio is probably horrendous after 5 months of not running but trying not to think about that! Today was kettlebell squats, ski erg, overhead press squats, glute bridges, walking lunges, walking mountain climbers & renegade rows.
