Originally planned for a 2 mile run but when I after about 100 m I felt my knees were too sore to continue running so walked the rest.

Have been away wednesday and thursday and have experienced the customary lack of sleep.

Felt headwind at start signifcantly tiring me. Picked up after though.

Feeling fine after Sundays run, abs still a little sore though but decided to try a faster run tonight of 2 miles.

5 min warm up; 10 min cool down

Feeling fine after yesterday, although abs are sore from sit ups.

After several months with little or no regular training I am trying to get back in the habit. Took a lot of effort to leave a warm room and enter the cold today but felt today was as good a day as any to start. Sped up for second half and didnt feel too bad after finishing.
