Slept much better last night- metabolism gradually settling back to more normal levels!

First DR session back at GT :-)
1’ reps up towards Baudy Meg with 1’ recovery. Think it was 12 but not with it enough to keep count. Nasty shock to the system- both legs and lungs! Great to be back tho and fab to see lots of folk again.
