9 x 2’+ 1’ hills at GT up Canada Rd. Hot and humid which made it feel rubbish, but probably going ok. Didn’t have my usual group around to compare myself with. Definitely didn’t feel as bad after as last week although av HR was higher.
Running warm up/down 35:00  6.0 km (5:50 / km)
Out to bottom of Canada Rd then back down from top of the hill after reps. Nice dip in river after :-)
