Long reps session. From Shooting Greens w-u down DW & then towards the river (14’). Then 4 x 10’ (~2km) heading east & on down to the river bank path. 2’ recovery between each. Jog / walk 2km back up the hill then a final 1 km effort on flat / downhill track. Jog 5’ back up the hill to the car. Good session and seemed to get faster once I got into it, with fastest splits on the 3rd river bank rep. Knee and everything else happy enough, tho I can still feel the w/e in my climbing legs. Glad of the rain shower to freshen up the humidity!
