Steady loop of Cambus. Feeling alive again - what a difference a day can make! Leg loosener for evening hill reps.
Left knee niggling a bit. Ok while running but sore afterwards, especially after sitting down for a while. Lots more stretching needed!

DR @ GT. Hill session up towards Baudy Meg. 5x3’ + 90”, then 5x1’ with easy jog back recovery (90” ish?). Felt like I was running ok for most of the session, but really dieing on the steeper sections of the long reps; I guess there’s still heaviness in the climbing muscles from the w/e. Pleased to tick this one off :-)
Winter seems to be coming back again….
