JK middle Windmill Hill. Scrappy run with lots of hesitations in the circle and bananas between controls. Felt like running in treacle in the heat too. Surprised to come back in the lead.

JK sprint Aldershot. All pretty straight-forward and a bit disappointing in that sense. Took a splatter tripping on a small step between 5-6, whacking knee and more. Turns out half the class did exactly the same. Apart from that biggest time loss was having to double back to the last control as it didn’t seem to have registered. Happy with performance. 1st W50

GT with DR. Steady round the 2 bridges at a nice relaxed pace with DO and WB. Legs feeling not too bad, but back still a bit achey. Achilles ok. On the up.
