Intervals round Loch Kinord with J. 6x 3’ +1’. Felt ok but can’t seem to move my legs fast any more. Guess that’s what happens when you spend a couple of months plodding up mountains and round forests. Would be good to get them going a bit quicker again.

Steady round back o Baudy Meg with DR. Not ready to try and do intervals tonight, but I don’t think my ‘tempo’ up the hill would have been any quicker in any case! Lovely evening up the top there - we are so lucky to have places like this for our regular training.
