Glen Fearder green course. Plodded round in the right direction without any real focus or drive. Hot day and lovely to be out in GF but running was hard work especially with the undergrowth so lush. White-tailed eagle soaring near the car park field and an adder slithering across the track on return from control collecting wander.
Ice cream and a quarry pond dip to round off a chilled day.

Down to the river by the DW then back along to Dess mill. Feeling spaced out and lethargic, it was warm and humid, and the river looked enticing, so stopped and sat in it for 5'. Then back home by the DW from the west.

DR ints. 4x4’+2’ our the HWH track then 6x1’+1’ back in the opposite direction. Felt very slow again, but ok otherwise. 1’ s were much better but then they were downhill:-) Hadn’t planned to do it all but found myself in charge of timing and kind of just got on with it.
