Waking and checking controls at Cambus. Coooold morning and nae gloves. Legs v heavy at the start but gradually got going and really enjoyed the run round. Something v satisfying about having been round all the controls before anyone else is even out :-)

Big Mt Keen loop with JS. Out by Gathering Cairn, then back over Braid Cairn, Gairney and Cock Cairn before dropping to top end of the far GT track. Never done this full loop before. V windy up top, but mostly behind us ish after Keen. Enough trods to give good running for most of the way and pleased to feel fresh enough to tackle it. Dying by the later stages of the track back down the glen. Good run and great chat :-)

Up to Pittenderich by KHs route from Queens View with RB. Wee loop round the hill through the forest then back the same way. Nice catch up.
