And another little run out along the top of Mill of Fortune (what's left of it) and back the other side of the valley by some fields. Found a cracking little waterfall that was completely shouting at me to go shower in it :-)

Geallaig hill and Cnoc Chalmac with JS and SS. Lovely day and a really pleasant trail running loop that extends Geallaig into a decent length run. Feeling it again finally.

From A93 lay-by, round LK, past LD and over shoulder back to BoV. Dip in LK at the end. Feeling rubbish running but the loch was nice. Finally some sun and warmth in the air.

DR @ GT. w-u to bridge then 10’ tempo out to next bridge, 5x1’ hills up the middle track and 10’ tempo back again. Legs feeling much recovered and the first time I’ve done a DR session in a while when they’ve not been the limiting factor. They were going wobbly towards the end of each minute hill though. Not right at the back for once which made a pleasant change.
