Long hill intervals on various paths up Bulverton Hill and Mutters Moor. Pissing down with rain, but quite good fun, and felt good.

A good hash from Newton Poppleford. Felt like hard work to start with, but that was mainly because the trail was gradually climbing for the first 35 minutes or so up onto the Common. Felt good on the whole though and enjoyed it, despite now needing a torch for most of the trail!

Running Club. Ran from home up to Mutters Moor, to meet the group there. We then went to Ladram Bay and back, via High Peak and a few other loops. Nice summer evening for it! :)
