Got a cold, not too terrible, just lacking energy and constantly blowing nose. Managed a few exercises and a 2 mile cycle to get out of the house. On the plus side, finally started doing some work for uni.

And the rest of the way home. Knee actually felt a lot better than on the way even though I was pushing harder. Diverted my route to avoid so many hills as on the way there! Didn't run out of energy and cycled it all in one go which felt good.

Cycling to Rushden to Jon's house. Knee twinging most of the way after about the first 15km but it kept moving between the outside to inside and sometimes didn't hurt at all for a while. Felt fine as soon as I stopped cycling. Trying to go slowly but still very tired when I arrived!
