40kgx16, 60kgx12, 70kgx10, 80kgx8, 90kgx6, 100kgx4, 110kgx1

Deadlifts: feel very tight at the minute with them maybe from working at the higher end of the scale more frequently so dropped it down, using 15cm blocks just powering out 100kg 1 rep over and over with 10s rest between probably did 50 reps in total then did same again for 140kg really trying to nail the power
Power cleans failed at 75kg
Leg extension
Leg press
Some arms to finish

Back and shoulders, put deadlifts in with the back session

200kg attempt - failed, lifted it, just didn't lock it out
Clean and press 60kg 70 72 74 74 72 70

Then isolation exercises for lats and delts
