Smashed it today, shoulders and back so many exercises so many reps so much weight seeing my weight going back up which is a good sign

Past few weeks/month have had a real strain on me mentally and my health has deteriorated quite a bit with work stresses etc

Today’s session perked me up a lot, lift weights over and over

Deadlifts, still getting back into it so not great weight
