Easy run on Bozeman Creek. Cold, but sunnier morning than I would have expected. Ran light striders on the way down every 1/4 mile or so on the flatter sections. Felt good, but my hamstrings and low back seem stiff and my hamstrings are pretty sore right now.

Warm-Up 2.5 miles, cool-down 1.5 miles. Ran 1 lap of straights and curves before first interval. Ran 4x800 with 400 recovery, all at 10K effort. Ran 2:46, 2:47, 2:45, 2:45, all with about a 2:20 recovery for the 400's. Zoned out on the second 800, need to remember to stay dialed in when doing these. Felt decent enough, much better than last week. Nice day out today, not too hot.

Wasn't going to run after pretty long day and getting home late, but decided a short run up to the M would clear my head a little bit. Took it nice and easy with the goal of hitting the track tomorrow.

Run from work up the dirt jeep roads to the snow line and back. A long unrelenting climb in the heat, felt a little stiff, but glad I got out after staring at it for so many months. Would have liked to get to the actual top, but didn't want to post hole after yesterday's adventures that led to some bloody shins.
