shoes: La Sportiva Ultra Raptors

Very warm (for England) at 25 and pretty sweaty. Felt pretty awful but think it was my legs that were letting me down, just had nothing. Course had a lot of long legs that weren't very exciting at my slow speed then I made a silly mistake after the road crossing, encouraged to go first by a couple of families and didn't spend enough time looking at the map before getting out of the way.

Only other mistake going up an unmapped alleyway behind some houses - not sure why this wasn't mapped really.

Shame not to have a good race. Just not fast enough.
