Running race (Triple Top Mountain Race ) 4:03:20 [5] 18.61 km (13:04 / km) +1167m 9:57 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

The descending was nuts and some steep climbs but overall felt better than last week (probably because there were some bits that weren't uphill)

Could probably have been 3 mins quicker, especially on some of the gentler climbs I didn't run as worried about pushing too hard. Silly to be cross at not being under 4 though when I had no expectations at the start.

Can't believe how quick some people run this.

PB!!. 9 mins quicker than 2 years ago, and 4 mins quicker than 3 years ago. My new favourite 4 Peaks race. The first hill seems to have got steeper though...
