We started 15 mins late. Forgot sports bra but swim bikini top did a reasonable jog. Still all bunged up and headache and felt a bit crap and needed the loo. Started slow but found a little more speed towards the end. Need to get well and start trainint again (or Ellyse is going to take my parkrun time)
