Another little jog, easier running on the Davey Track. We saw 2 people!! One guy running and one guy fossicking (fair distance from both).

Stopped at 2k as some pain.

Wish I could swim.

Pilates (Pre-Natal) 55:00 [2]

Physio had started doing Pilates class online. Worked pretty well though i could with a barre (or something) and theraband (have so many at home). Didn't do pelvic floor, need to keep remembering those.

Just a short one with James on his bike and the dog. The dog very much has her own mind where she wants to go i.e. after about a k it's back to home. Not going to end at the dam again, walking up that hill is too hard.

Went to the hospital all worried yesterday as stomach super painful. They checked me out really well and today pain had gone, so will be put down to expanding.

Not the worst time for me to have some enforced relaxation. Mostly read my book until we went for a wander around. Down the hill, up the gully the along the culvert.

Evening leg stretch. Down the hill not so comfortable, flattish path ok, last few hundred metres uphill hard work.
