Hiking 3:11:36 [3] 12.65 km (15:08 / km) +438m 12:54 / km

We ummed and aahed about going to Hotham as the bom said it was very cold, but the thermometer is also right on top of the mountain. It was actually about 10 degrees and Stanley was pretty rugged up in the baby bjorn inside James's jacket.

From Loch carpark to Mt Loch (missed the turn as chatting) then to Derrick Hut where we got Stanley out fo a feed and a wriggle. Had to feed him inside the hut where there were fewer distractions. He slept all the way there and all the way back. Went up to the top of mt Hotham as it seemed rude not to and James then realised his hand was wet and pee had escaped the nappy so made a quick descent and a nappy change in the back of the car.

Glorious day to be in the mountains, missed them so much.

Hiking 50:37 [3] 3.31 km (15:19 / km) +13m 15:02 / km

James's trun to run up Buffalo. He was only 10 mins quicker than me, though I suspect he would be quicker in a race (and if he trained). Beautiful day up at Buffalo where it seems most people drive up, look around the Chalet and come down again - up until last time I'd run up, sat on grass then left again.

Went and walked around Lake Catani which was n't very far but was quite pleasant and apart from full frontal view of a naked older gentleman he seemed to not feel the cold at this campsite.

Running (Canyon Walk) 44:14 [3] 5.14 km (8:37 / km) +26m 8:24 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

2 mins jog, 2 mins walk round the canyon walk. Legs not so bad but something doesn't feel quite right in lower abdomen.

Orienteering 19:09 [3] 0.65 km (29:39 / km)

Walked 300m with pram before deciding the baby bjorn was a better idea then everyone commented before I got round to deleting the entry.

Hiking 1:43:56 [3] 7.1 km (14:38 / km) +101m 13:40 / km

Path the town shut, so we walked to Lake Kerferd. Had lunch while moving so Stanley wasn't cranky. There also wasn't a bench or anything there.
