Learn How To Run session 1. Every 3 mins or so high knee and butt kick drills to try and train my legs to track straight and not let them wobble inwards.

Running around Queens Park throwing water balloons, eggs and playing random chasie games! Fun times, didnt even think about the heat!
Did a few drills for 15 mins or so with new physio to round up the fun.
