Did thirty minutes of 25 meters for a minute (includes a rest after every 25 meters). I'm mostly trying to learn better technique.

30 minutes on the spin bikes at UPEI. I've figured out I can't stand up on the bike without bothering a mysterious foot injury I have.

Swam with the triathlon group at the UPEI pool. I think I'll be joining them on tuesdays and thursdays from now on. I felt quite inadequate due to my total lack of experience.

Snowshoeing around home at night. The full moon made it epic. I also missed out on almost a week of training. The first three days were due to laziness, and the others due to AUPAC.
