Deze ochtend op controle geweest bij de specialist. Ik had wel schrik voor slecht nieuws omdat bepaalde oefeningen deze week slecht lukken (vooral met opdrukken op m'n tenen).
Maar de specialist was heel tevreden over de evolutie. De achillespees zag er heel goed uit en ik moet nu vooral terug proberen kracht in m'n kuit te krijgen.
