Langer dan gepland.
Het gevoel in de rechter (geopereerde) achilles was ok. Maar veel last van linkse achilles en hiel. Zelfs ook m'n heupbuiger links. De lange rust hebben oude blessures duidelijk niet verholpen. Een van die dagen dat je enorm twijfelt of pijnvrij lopen en orienteren op niveau ooit nog wel zal lukken.
