Long distance orienteering training. I started together with Jeroen, but he felt really sick and turned back to the car after 3 controls. I continued the training on my own. I made 1 big mistake (10 minutes) and several little mistakes.
Two years ago we ran the same training with Slok in group (1h45').

I took 1 hour recuperation and ate something. Afterwards I ran my 2nd training: middle distance at higher speed. I had a physically good feeling. The orienteering part was very good in the beginning. Only in the end (last 15') i made some little mistakes.
Last year with slok we have done the same training, but intervals (hunting). It took 1h15', but we waited for each other very often.

Note

We planned to stay in France untill friday and to train again on friday. But Jeroen was too sick, so we drove back home earlier.

No training today. Jeroen van der Kleij is sick (a flu), so our trainingsweek is a big question now. We have been moving some furniture to his new house.
