cyclingtrip in Spa - Coo - Francochamps with some hills (Rosier, Stockeu, Thier de Coo,...) together with Winston, Karoline, Thomas and Jens. We took a lot of breaks and waiting, which made the training not very hard. I tried to push hard on some climbings.
