On forehand i knew that i'm physically not strong at the moment, so i wanted to focus on a technical clean race. The first 6 controls were really good (actually perfect), but then i started to get a bit tired: 10" lost at 7, 20" at 9. At 11th i caught up with Jeremy.
But towards 12 i ran into another depression, more south (- 15"). Then my biggest mistake towards control 15: i saw people punching from far and i ran towards that control, but it wasn't mine. I punched it and continued untill i reached the path. Here i realised that i punched a wrong control and turned back: 1'05" lost.

Prebalisen controleren. Heel technisch terrein en enkele prebalisen verhangen. Hierdoor koude gevat en het erna niet meer warm gekregen. Maar 28 van de geplande 62 posten gedaan. Michael en Anna hebben het iets langer volgehouden.

uit bloedonderzoek blijkt dat toxoplasmose de boosdoener is voor de gezwollen klieren en vermoeid gevoel. Niets aan te doen buiten veel rusten en slapen.
