Started in 6th position as last leg runner. When i started i had some problems to find the starttriangle on my map (while i was running), the startflage/balise wasn't at the correct place and i cross the path without seeing on my way to the first control. These reason caused a big mistake towards th 1st control.
The rest of the race was better (only small mistakes at 9 and 25 and lost my direction towards control 22). At control 8 i caught up with Clement Demeuse and at 11 we passed Michael Hennes. Luckily Clement made a msitake at 14 and i could continue alone, because physically he's stronger than me at the moment.
Came into the finish as 4th, but thomas vdk forgot to clear his emit before the start and because of his dsq we ended unexpectable on the podium.
3rd best time: 1. Michel Bastin 43'50, 2. Fabien Pasquasy 47'40 and 3. Me 47'52.

eerste keer dat ik mijn trainingsschoenen aantrek de laatste maand. Ik voelde me niet echt in goede vorm. Waarschijnlijk nog steeds te wijten aan toxoplasmose, nog steeds gezwollen klieren en een vermoeid gevoel.
